Hi, my name is Olivia Hanssen and I’m passionate about marketing and communications, creating custom made content, digital mediums and the retail world, both on and off-line

Until September 2019 I was Content & Marketing Manager of Cidade Jardim Fashion, Latin America’s first shopping e-commerce (Cidade Jardim). My team and I were responsible for all the content published at http://www.cjfashion.com, for the planning, creation and distribution of e-mail marketing and also for all exclusive content made for Instagram (@cidadejardimshopping), besides the relationship with our press office (Suporte) and media and advertising agency (Havas Brazil), responsible for on and offline media campaigns and marketing strategy.

Before the launch of the e-commerce in September 2018, I was Retail Marketing Manager at Shopping Cidade Jardim, responsible for the marketing of Ralph Lauren, Emilio Pucci and René Caovilla, brands that are managed by the JHSF in Brazil. I was also responsible for the brands public relations, having daily contact with press, influencers and the brands press offices (Index, Mktmix and Verbo), and also for the local marketing strategy created in partnership with the international marketing teams of the three brands.

Previously, I worked at Farfetch Brazil for two years, initially as Content & Design Manager and afterwards also as Translations/SEO, Social Media and Public Relations Manager. My team (10 people) and I were part of the marketing team, and I also was responsible for the relationship with the press office (Index) and strategic partnerships (Itaú Personnalité, Mastercard Black e Amex). My previous experiences have been in editorial, where I have worked as a fashion editor for 7 years (Glamour/Globo Condé Nast and VIP/Abril).

Currently, I’m studying UX design at PUC SP and am staying at home with my young daughter, looking for freelance opportunities.
